Features · For businesses

The right people sign off, every time.

Give each person in your company a role, decide which contracts need approval and by whom, and choose who may sign for the company. April holds a contract back until the right people have said yes.

Questions

About teams and approvals.

Can't find your answer? Write to us.

Do approvals depend on the contract's value?

No. You choose which contracts need approval by type and office. The value is optional and is there for your reports.

Can someone approve their own contract?

No. The person who asked for approval is never one of its approvers.

What if nobody is listed under signing authority?

Then anyone allowed to send can sign for the company. Once you list someone, only listed people can.

Can different offices follow different laws?

Yes. Each office has its country and state, and April drafts and reviews under that law.
