A board by stage, from consultation to judgement.

Clients
The whole client, not just a name.
Add a person or a company in three short steps: who they are, how they came to you, and their documents. Each client has a page with consultations, cases, documents, communication logs and notes.
- ID proof, address proof and supporting documents, kept private
- Engagement: consultation, potential or existing client
- Call and meeting logs with reminders
Cases
See every case by stage.
Switch between the list and the case board, and drag a case to its next stage. Each case gets its own ID, court details, opposing parties and counsel, and for criminal matters, police details.
Example board, with made-up details. A fifth stage, Judgement, sits to the right.
Your firm
Share the work inside your firm.
Give each case a lead lawyer and a team. Use the usual firm roles, Partner, Associate, Junior associate, Clerk and Accounts, or make your own, and tick what each role can see and do.
- "Assigned to me" filter on Cases
- Roles limit clients, requests, drafting, sending and earnings
- Hearings from every case on one calendar
Each person gets a notification and an email when they're added.
AI on the file
AI that has read the file.
Inside each client and case there's an AI tab. April writes a case summary and a SWOT analysis from the case details, hearings and notes. Ask for advice there and April already knows the facts. Drafts and analyses are filed under the matter.
- Case summary and SWOT in one click
- Advice that stays with the matter
- Documents split into Uploaded, Generated by April and Analysed by April
Written from the case details, hearings and notes. Counts as one question.
Example, with made-up details.
Your clients on April
Clients who follow their case.
Invite a client to April with a one-time code. Once linked, they see each case's title, stage, court and next date in their own account, so fewer "what's the next date?" calls.
- Codes last 7 days and work once
- Works for individuals and companies
- Either side can unlink at any time
Your client sees the case title, stage, court and next date. Never your notes or documents.

Can my clients see my notes?
No. A linked client sees only the case title, stage, court and next date. Notes, documents and AI work stay inside your firm.
Where are ID documents kept?
In private storage. They open through links that expire after 5 minutes, and every view is recorded.
Can I use April on my own, without a firm?
Yes. Everything works for a single lawyer. Add colleagues later when you need to.
Does April work for UAE practices?
Yes. Profiles take a MoJ or legal affairs card, and court lists include UAE courts. eCourts tracking is for Indian courts only.
