Sign
Signers need nothing but the link.
The person signing opens the link on any phone or computer, reads the whole agreement and signs by typing or drawing. If you chose an SMS code, they confirm their mobile number first.

A signer who disagrees doesn't email you a marked-up copy. They point at the clause and say what they want. You see a list, edit the contract and send it again.

Do the people signing need an April account?
No. They sign from a private link. If they already use April, the document also appears under Contracts › Sent to me.
How does April check who is signing?
By default, the private link sent to their email is the check. For important documents, add an SMS code to their mobile. The certificate records which check each signer used.
What happens if someone wants to change a clause?
They ask for changes on that clause. You see the list, edit the contract and send it again.
Can I check that a signed PDF hasn't been changed?
Yes. Upload it at theaprilai.com/verify and April compares its fingerprint with the one recorded when it was signed.
